By accessing or using Forth Arc ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
2. Your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Your data. You retain all rights to the financial information you enter. You grant the App permission to store and process it solely to provide the service to you and the household members you invite.
4. No professional advice. Informational only — not financial, tax, or legal advice. See the Financial Disclaimer below.
5. Accuracy. Calculations, projections, amortization schedules, payoff dates and AI-generated plans are estimates based on the inputs you provide. Actual results may differ. You are responsible for verifying numbers before acting on them.
6. AI features. The App uses third-party AI models to generate suggestions. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or biased. Review every AI suggestion before relying on it.
7. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the App, attempt to breach security, scrape, reverse engineer, or use it to violate any law.
8. Termination. You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. No warranty. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the operators of the App be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, savings, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
11. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of the App from any claim arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes. We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Contact. Questions about these Terms can be sent through the in-app contact channel.
14. Connecting financial accounts (optional). Linking a bank, brokerage, or loan account is optional. If you choose to link one, you will be shown and asked to accept a separate "Connecting Your Financial Accounts" disclosure at that time, and you also agree to Plaid's terms and privacy policy.
